An accomplished leader, educator, consultant, and researcher, Dr. Ashley has been quoted as an expert thought leader on issues related to economic prosperity, consumer financial wellbeing, philanthropy, and charitable giving in several national media outlets and has informed a range of national policy areas with data and insights.

Through her innovative approach to holistic healing and experiential wellness, Radiance inspires individuals and teams to reach their highest potential.

Jon joined Capital One in 2000, accountable for the credit acquisition process for several key lines of business. He rose to the level of Head of Marketing Operations, where he leveraged Six Sigma and Lean methodologies to build more efficient and higher quality processes.  In Global Finance, Jon led several reporting and reconciliation teams and headed a Process Quality and Efficiency program for the Chief Financial Officer.  He then joined the company’s Global Procurement Services division, where he led the transformation of Procurement by building out Category Management, the Analyst team, leading the migration to Coupa P2P, and launching new talent strategies, including a collegiate new hire and development program.  As Capital One acquired several banks in the 2000s, Jon led the integration of each Procurement operation and technology.  Through his 15+ years in Procurement, Jon has led categories in Brand, Commercial Banking, Design & Construction, Facilities Management, Finance, Retail Banking, and Security Services in addition to his current categories.

Prior to joining Capital One, Jon was a CPA and Senior Auditor at Ernst & Young LLP. He holds a BSBA from the University of Richmond and is a Board member of Venture Richmond and Richmond Strikers Sports Club. Jon and his family make their home in Richmond, Virginia.

Prior to her appointment as Secretary of Commerce & Trade, Chenery founded and led Valley Pike Partners, helping companies grow across Virginia with modern strategies in public affairs, business development, and community engagement. Carrie previously served as the Executive Director of the Shenandoah Valley Partnership (SVP), the region’s economic development and marketing organization. During her tenure, the region announced new and existing business projects representing over $460 million in capital investment and 1,900 new jobs while unifying seven counties and five cities under a shared economic development vision, building coalitions among 160 private sector investors, and serving as the region’s strategic voice to site consultants, partner agencies, and elected and appointed officials.

Prior to her leadership role at SVP, Carrie served the Virginia Office of the Governor as the Assistant Secretary of Agriculture & Forestry. She was responsible for the oversight and advancement of economic development efforts, including administration of the Governor’s Agriculture and Forestry Industries Development (AFID) fund, related to Virginia’s largest private industries of agriculture and forestry. During her tenure, the AFID fund contributed to the announcement of over $46 million in new private capital investment and the creation of over 400 jobs.

Prior to her role in the Governor’s Office, she gained wide-ranging economic development, marketing, government relations, and communication experience across diverse industry sectors as the Manager of Legislation & Policy at the Virginia Economic Development Partnership and as a Director of Government Affairs with the law firm Williams Mullen.

A graduate of Virginia Tech, Carrie earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Policy & Planning and Agricultural & Applied Economics. She is also a graduate of the Political Leaders Program through the Sorensen Institute for Political Leadership at the University of Virginia. She previously served as a gubernatorial appointee to the Virginia Economic Development Partnership Authority Board of Directors and the Virginia Tech Board of Visitors.

Carrie has been named one of North America’s Top 50 Economic Developers by Consultant Connect and as an Outstanding Alumni by the Virginia Tech College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.

She and her husband, Taylor, are the proud parents of two daughters.

Upon joining Capital One in 2011, Reuben served as a transactions attorney, specializing in and supporting Technology and Digital contracts. Prior to Capital One, Reuben was a Senior Consultant at KPMG where he led the delivery of attestation engagements for clients in several industry groups.

A Vice Chair of the BOD of WBEC NY/DMV, Reuben also sits on the BOD of Junior Achievement, Shalom Farms, and Elk Hill, an organization that supports at-risk youth. Reuben loves to give back.

Reuben is a CPA and an attorney, and holds a law degree from Duquesne University. He makes his home in Richmond, VA with his wife and their two children.

Amid the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, she adeptly transitioned the business to virtual platforms, expanding to a global reach. Bria’s contributions extend beyond her entrepreneurial ventures. As Vice President of a historical district business association, she played a key role in fostering local business growth. Her professional trajectory continued at CDFI Friendly America, where she rose from a business coordinator to a senior manager of communications and operations in just three years. In this role, she led a marketing team connecting small businesses to community development financial institutions and managed internal communications, administration, and event planning teams. Rooted in entrepreneurship, Bria actively assisted her father’s entertainment business, contributing to marketing, management, booking, and performances. This unique perspective has shaped her passion for business and community development.

His career has spanned the government, defense, telecommunication, e-commerce, healthcare, and finance industries. He has previously owned businesses, been featured in Forbes, and lived in 6 different countries. His hobbies include adventure tourism, skiing, sailing, “ironmaning”, backpacking, “soccering”, and any team game with a ball.

Past roles included M&A activities, consent order remediation, process improvement, robotic process automation (RPA), horizontal program leadership, and core processing platform conversion. Ben is well known as a top people leader in the organization and a builder of high performing teams.

Ben proudly served as the National Lead and Accountable Executive for Capital One’s Military Business Resource Group (Salute). Prior to joining Capital One, Ben was an intelligence officer in the US Army where he served as platoon leader, executive officer, and staff officer with several Middle East deployments.

As Manager on the Supplier Development and Opportunity team at Capital One, Allison drives inclusive procurement efforts by sourcing suppliers and leading key development initiatives. She spearheads SAGE Advice, an inclusive program providing tools, resources, and mentoring to enhance business competitiveness. Allison is also the program lead for the Capital One Envision Summit, which is celebrating its fifth year as a platform for empowering small and nontraditional businesses. She joined Capital One in 2011 and moved to the Supplier Development team permanently in October 2018.

Her passion for helping businesses succeed originated during her time in sales management at Paychex, where she provided payroll and HR services to small and medium-sized businesses.

A proud graduate of The University of Virginia, Allison actively supports community initiatives. She currently serves as 2nd Vice Chair of the Capital Region Minority Supplier Development Council Board of Directors and is a Board Member for Virginia Ability, an organization dedicated to increasing diversity in the workforce for people with disabilities. She previously served on the Richmond YMCA Board of Directors for 18 years and, in 2022, started a local chapter of FaithRXD.

As President & CEO of the Metropolitan Business League (MBL), one of Virginia’s fastest-growing membership organizations, Floyd provides strategic leadership to advance entrepreneurship, small business growth, and economic opportunity across the Commonwealth. Since joining MBL in 2017, he has helped expand the organization’s membership to more than 1,800 businesses and entrepreneurs while launching transformative initiatives, including the Capital Access Program, which has distributed more than $2 million in grants and microloans to support small businesses.

In addition to his executive leadership, Floyd serves on several boards throughout Virginia, contributing his expertise to organizations committed to strengthening communities and expanding economic opportunity. His leadership and service have earned numerous honors, including the Men of Vision Award, the History Maker Award, and the 2025 John Maxwell LIVE2LEAD Award. He has also been recognized by Virginia Business as one of Virginia’s Top 100 People to Meet and among the Commonwealth’s Top Black Executives

Previously, JP operated as the Country Head at Capital One Philippines (C1PH) and a member of the Board of Trustees for IBPAP (IT and Business Process Association of the Philippines). He and his family lived in the Philippines for three years during their international assignment.

Beyond working for Capital One, JP’s ~25 years of financial services industry experience includes roles within Discover Financial Services and JP Morgan Chase where he specialized in training and development, operational leadership, and organizational strategy. Having begun his career as a Customer Service Agent, he has a passion for elevating experiences for both customers and employees alike. His purpose has evolved to include liing the communities in which he works as he continues to invest in local organizations in each market he has had the pleasure of calling “home.”

JP received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Florida.

In his personal time, JP enjoys spending time with his family. JP and his wife, Danahe, have “2.5” kids – Bella, Lincoln, and Titan (their Yorkie). He remains an active member of the community, and is currently supporting the local arts community as a board member with the Richmond Performing Arts Alliance.

Previously, Oz served as President and Chairperson of Capital One’s Southeast Asia and Americas operations, managing more than 10,000 employees. During a two-year international assignment in the Philippines, he and his team established a program to combat water scarcity. Today the program provides clean water to over 200,000 people across 108 communities.

Oz earned his MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business, where he was recognized as an academic scholar.  He also holds a bachelor’s degree in Government from William & Mary.

Oz resides with his wife, Adela, and their three children. The family enjoys basketball, tennis, and walks with their Goldendoodle, Bolt.

His and his team’s charter is to build and evolve the enterprise platforms and experiences that are driving our mission to become a real-time, intelligent and data-driven bank.

Tim began his career at Capital One as a contract specialist supporting the Card division, before transitioning into the Enterprise Supplier Management organization. There, he rose to lead the team responsible for all technology supplier contracts. His role later expanded to include broader supplier management responsibilities.

After a year-long tenure at a startup, Tim returned to Capital One in 2018 to lead the Technology Contract Management team and oversee line-of-business tech third-party management. He then transitioned into a pure supplier management leadership role and led support of various functions including Financial Services, HR, and Brand. In 2023, Tim assumed his current role.

Prior to joining Capital One, Tim was a practicing attorney with a litigation focus. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and Philosophy from the University of Virginia and a Juris Doctor from George Mason University Law School.

She has been with Capital One for over 25 years, and has held a wide variety of roles across multiple Lines of Business, including project management, developing operations infrastructure for new partner launches, leading sales operations for Auto Finance, and implementing third party management frameworks to support changing business and regulatory needs.

In 2014 Courtnee left Capital One to become the Operations Lead at startup FS Card Inc., where she managed the company’s credit card operations as well as the full complement of operational activities.

Returning to Capital One in 2015, she led supplier management teams supporting Digital, US Card acquisitions, and US Card customer resiliency, and supported integration programs for companies or portfolios acquired by Capital One before moving into her current role in 2019.

Courtnee holds a BA in Government and an MBA from the College of William and Mary. She has also received the designation of Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM®) from the Institute for Supply Management. Courtnee lives in the Washington DC metro area with her husband Jason.
