Do I have to pay for parking at the event?

No, complimentary parking is available on-site for all registered summit attendees.

Yes, we will have a dedicated spot at check in.

Registration

Is pre-registation required?

Yes, all attendees must pre-register to secure their spot. Registration will be available on this site from June 1st through October 6th.

Will I need a photo ID to be allowed on site?

Yes, a valid government-issued photo ID is required to check in.

Will the list of attendees be shared?

No, we do not share the attendee list. However, there will be opportunities to connect with attendees in-person and virtually.

If I didn’t receive an invitation, can I still attend?

Yes, please click the registration link on the homepage to register.

Is there a limit on how many representatives from my company can attend?

Yes, to ensure we accommodate as many attendees as possible within our venue capacity, registration is limited to five attendees per company.

Where can I find event highlights or key takeaways if I miss the live or virtual sessions?

Registered guests will receive highlights from selected sessions via email after the event, and you can revisit the best moments by checking out our photo gallery on this page.

Virtual Attendees

Is there a virtual option?

Yes, virtual attendance will be available for Mainstage sessions on October 21st only.

Will there be opportunities to ask questions if attending virtually?

Yes, share your questions in the Zoom chat; Capital One associates will moderate throughout the session.

When will I receive the Zoom link to join virtually?

All registered virtual attendees will receive a calendar invite and Zoom link one week prior to the event. If you don't see it in your inbox or spam folder by then, please contact EnvisionSummit@CapitalOne.com.

Will a recording of the event be made available?

No, recordings will not be made available for post-event viewing.
