Before Capital One, Odi was at Meta, leading their customer experience design, Agent Enablement, and Quality. Prior to Meta, Odi held leadership roles at Lyft and Dell Technologies. He earned his Engineering degree at Georgia Tech and an MBA from the University of Texas. He and his wife stay very busy with their two kids.

As Director of Supplier Diversity and Procurement, Reuben leads a team responsible for driving the strategy for Capital One’s award-winning Supplier Diversity program which seeks to develop and grow diverse owned businesses as well as grow Capital One’s spend with diverse owned businesses. Reuben is also accountable for the entire supplier value chain activities for third party vendors related to Brand, Global Finance, External Affairs, Treasury, and Corporate Strategy categories. This work includes sourcing and supplier selection; contract negotiations; invoice management; and delivering third party risk governance services.

Prior to Capital One, Reuben was a Senior Consultant at KPMG where he led the delivery of attestation engagements for clients in several industry groups.
A Board member of the Carolinas Virginia Supplier Development Council (CVMSDC), he serves as the Treasurer. He also sits on the BOD of WBEC NY/DMV. Reuben also sits on the BOD of Elk Hill, an organization that supports at-risk youth, and Celebrate RVA. Reuben loves to give back.
Reuben is a CPA and an attorney, and holds a law degree from Duquesne University. He makes his home in Richmond, VA with his wife and their two children.
Clint Grimes joined Capital One as the Chief Procurement Officer (CPO) and Head of Enterprise Supplier Management (ESM) in May of 2021. As CPO, Clint leads a team responsible for the supplier value chain which includes sourcing and supplier selection; contract negotiations; purchase order and invoice management; and delivering third party risk governance for goods and services. Partnering closely and proactively with business owners across the firm, the team seeks to maximize supplier relationships while ensuring all vendors are fully compliant with the company’s third-party management policies and procedures. He is also responsible for Capital One’s award winning Supplier Diversity program which seeks to develop and grow diverse-owned businesses.

For 14 years he also led the company’s Supplier Diversity efforts, identifying and contracting with qualified diverse business enterprises.
His Board service includes membership on the Boards for the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) and the Board of the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC).
Clint holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and an MBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business.

She is responsible for sourcing diverse suppliers for Capital One’s procurement efforts and leads one of Capital One’s diverse supplier development programs, SAGE Advice. These programs provide tools, resources and mentoring to enable diverse businesses to become more competitive in the marketplace. Allison is also the lead for the Capital One Envision Summit, which is in its fourth year.
Allison joined Capital One in 2011 as a supplier manager. In this role, she supported a number of different categories including Tech, Digital and Bank. At her first opportunity, Allison began volunteering with the Supplier Diversity team in various manners and in October 2018 she joined the Supplier Diversity team permanently.
Prior to joining Capital One, Allison was in sales management for Paychex. She brought payroll and HR services to small and medium sized businesses. It was during this time that her passion for helping businesses was developed. The tenacity, drive and will that goes into running a business is unparalleled. She wants to do everything in her power to help them succeed.
Allison is a proud graduate of The University of Virginia. She is currently 2nd Vice Chair of the Capital Region Minority Supplier Development Council Board of Directors and was a member of the Board of Directors of the Richmond YMCA for 18 years. In 2022 Allison started a chapter of FaithRXD which exists to unite and strengthen the fitness community to live for Christ, share His love, and serve the world. Allison is also a member of the board for Virginia Ability. The mission of Virginia Ability is to recognize the unique attributes and experiences in people with disabilities and increase diversity in the workforce.
Frank G. LaPrade is a member of Capital One’s Executive Committee and serves as the company’s Chief Enterprise Services Officer and Chief of Staff to the CEO.

Mr. LaPrade joined Capital One in January of 1996, approximately one year after Capital One became a public company, from McGuireWoods, a national law firm headquartered in Richmond, Virginia, where he was a commercial and IP litigator. During his tenure at Capital One, Mr. LaPrade has been engaged in numerous philanthropic and community activities on behalf of the company. Former Chairman of Venture Philanthropy Partners+Raise DC, a leading DC-based non-profit that invests in the future of the youth of the Greater Washington region. He is a founding board member of Halcyon, an innovative non-profit that enables entrepreneurs and creatives to make a social impact. Mr. LaPrade has also represented Capital One on the Greater Washington Partnership, on behalf of Capital One’s CEO, where he is focused on making the Capital Region one of the best places to live, work, and build businesses.
Mr. LaPrade received his J.D. from the Wake Forest University School of Law, where he was a member of the Law Review, and a B.A. in English from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
Mr. LaPrade is married to T amara Clarke. They have five children and reside in the District of Columbia.
Julie Rakes is Senior Manager, Supplier Diversity at Capital One Financial Corporation. In her role, Ms. Rakes is responsible for leading a team in developing and implementing strategies to drive an inclusive supply chain. She works closely with advocacy organizations and internal teams to create and implement award-winning supplier development programs, such as Catapult, Sage and Mentoring. Businesses that participate in these development programs gain skills and competencies that make them better suited to compete for business from large corporations.
