Vice President, Enterprise Supplier Management
In his role as Vice President in Enterprise Supplier Management, Jon is responsible for Sourcing, Contracting, and Risk Management for all suppliers supporting the US Card and Auto Lending lines of business. In this role, Jon and his team manage more than 300 material supplier relationships, with aggregate annual spend in excess of $4.5B.

He rose to the level of Head of Marketing Operations, where he leveraged Six Sigma and Lean methodologies to build more efficient and higher quality processes. In Global Finance, Jon led several reporting and reconciliation teams and headed a Process Quality and Efficiency program for the Chief Financial Officer. He then joined the company’s Global Procurement Services division, where he led the transformation of Procurement by building out Category Management, the Analyst team, leading the migration to Coupa P2P, and launching new talent strategies, including a collegiate new hire and development program. As Capital One acquired several banks in the 2000s, Jon led the integration of each Procurement operation and technology. Through his 15+ years in Procurement, Jon has led categories in Brand, Commercial Banking, Design & Construction, Facilities Management, Finance, Retail Banking, and Security Services in addition to his current categories.
Prior to joining Capital One, Jon was a CPA and Senior Auditor at Ernst & Young LLP. He holds a BSBA from the University of Richmond and is a Board member of Venture Richmond and Richmond Strikers Sports Club. Jon and his family make their home in Richmond, Virginia.
Director, Enterprise Supplier Management (ESM)
As Director of Enterprise Supplier Management, Reuben leads a team responsible for driving the strategy for Capital One’s award-winning Supplier Development program which seeks to develop and grow an inclusive supply chain. Reuben is also accountable for the entire supplier value chain activities for third party vendors related to Brand, Global Finance, Premium Products and Experiences, Capital One Shopping, Global Enterprise Affairs, and Corporate Strategy categories. This work includes sourcing and supplier selection; contract negotiations; invoice management; and delivering third party risk governance services.

Brett Healy is Managing Vice President (MVP), Enterprise Supplier Management at Capital One. She is responsible for leading Third Party Management company-wide, and partners with business stakeholders to identify, assess, onboard and manage suppliers. Oz Parvaiz serves as Capital One’s Chief Procurement Officer (CPO), leading the company’s global procurement organization and overseeing a multi-billion-dollar supply chain. Since joining Capital One in 1999, he has held leadership roles in marketing, risk, and operations, contributing to the launch of the Venture and Quicksilver cards and Capital One’s data migration to the cloud.

Tim leads a team responsible for procurement and third party management activities supporting Retail Bank, Bank Tech, Business Cards and Payments, Enterprise Payments, Small Business Bank, Commercial Bank, Global Workplace Services, Shopping, and Premium Products and Experiences. Tim is also the accountable executive for our contracting process.

There, he rose to lead the team responsible for all technology supplier contracts. His role later expanded to include broader supplier management responsibilities.
After a year-long tenure at a startup, Tim returned to Capital One in 2018 to lead the Technology Contract Management team and oversee line-of-business tech third-party management. He then transitioned into a pure supplier management leadership role and led support of various functions including Financial Services, HR, and Brand. In 2023, Tim assumed his current role.
Prior to joining Capital One, Tim was a practicing attorney with a litigation focus. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and Philosophy from the University of Virginia and a Juris Doctor from George Mason University Law School.
